Snow Removal Services
Snowblowing*
Snow blowing of sidewalks & driveways. Plus marking of edges with marker poles. Properties not edge will be edge and charged an additional fee before the first freeeze.
Salting available (Ice melt) for additional fee.

Landscaping Services
Aeration
Service uses a 48" commercial mounted core plug aerator. Helps to promote better nutrient assortation and loosing up compacted soils. Aerator should fit through most gates.
Post Hole Digging
tService uses tractor mounted post hole auger. Current size available is 12". Holes are 36" to 48" deep.
Stump Grinding
Service uses tractor mounted stump grinder. Equipment is able to enter most small and tight areas. Grinding maximum depth is 6". Subject to minimal charge.
Thatching & Collection
Service includes tractor mounted thatcher and collection system. Helps to remove dead organic material from the grass and loosens up soil for better nutrient infiltration.

Lawn Care Options
Basic Lawn Mowing
Includes lawn mowing with side discharge and base trimming around buildings, trees and poles. Blowing off of all common areas like sidewalks, driveway and curb.
Basic Plus Mowing
Includes lawn mowing with side discharge or mulching, trimming around buildings, trees and poles plus edging and trimming of sidewalk and driveway. Edging is every third service. Blowing off of all common areas like sidewalks, driveway and curb
Premium Lawn Service
Includes lawn mowing with collection of grass clippings, trimming around buildings, trees and poles. Edging and trimming of sidewalks and driveways. Edging is every third service. Blowing off of all common areas like sidewalks, driveway and curb
Fall Clean Up Service
Includes blowing out of gutters on 1-1.5 story homes. Blowing out all landscaping and lower foundation windows. Picking up all larger debris and collection of all leaves and removal from the property.
